Starting a punk band

I am looking to start a new punk band. I play guitar, sing, and write. I have a friend interested. His first passion is drums but he also plays bass. The only problem is neither of us have a kit but I'm working on that. So basically we're looking for, bassist and or drummer and a lead guitarist would be nice too. I love all punk old and new. So if you like bands like against me! Joyce Manor, pup, menzingers. Or the classics like green day, blink 182, and fall out boy, please respond and let's jam it out and see how it goes!
