We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, team oriented individual. We are a small, privately owned company that is looking for a full-time employee that is not afraid of working indoors as well as out in the elements. Outside work required in Summer, Spring, Winter and in the Fall. A summary of the work is, but not limited to, keeping the interior and exterior of our apartment complexes in clean order. Writing up work orders, picking up trash around our commercial building, which is on site, our park area as well as our 2 apartment complexes. Reliable transportation is a must we have a complex down the street and there will times that we will have apartments that will require both per-cleans and final cleans before and after a make ready. Must have experience in cleaning appliances, showers, and all areas in an apartment. Must be able to lift heavy trash bags to be carried and thrown in our dumpsters and not be afraid to work around dumpsters to pick up before and after trash day.
