PAY: Up to $18 an hour plus quarterly bonuses (up to $1200 a year) SCHEDULE: M-F daytime hours (example: 8-4:30PM) 80 hours pto your first year, goes up the longer you're employed! Paid holidays and NO WEEKENDS! DAY TO DAY: The typical day to day of a groundskeeper will be helping keep amenity areas clean such fitness rooms, leasing center, and common halls/paths as well as lending a hand with outside grounds snow removal. You'll also gain experience helping with light maintenance and apartment turns. This is a great role for someone who likes to stay busy, enjoys the outdoors, and clean/tidy.
