We are seeking Commercial Cleaners to join our team!! // Second Shift You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Hiring second shift for a large manufacturing company. The Janitor will ensure that the offices, warehouse, and industrial areas are clean. 2nd Shift: 04:00PM-10:00PM (Flexible) Monday - Friday Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour. Will increase to $17.00 after 6 months. ​​​​​​ Opportunity for additional merit increases and growth within the company. Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid training Responsibilities: Complete checklist tasks to keep building in clean and orderly condition Perform cleaning duties such as picking up trash, wiping off hard surfaces, cleaning restrooms, and stocking supplies Perform cleaning of warehouse as will be itemized on checklist Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Work efficiently with others ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to list 40+ lbs Read and speak English Good communication skills, ability to take direction, and constructive criticism Ability to commute Application Question(s): Must answer all application questions to be considered for hire.
