QB + Accounting Pro? AR/AP Consultant - Systems Setup Needed!

We operate a high volume Real Estate investment business here in Franklin Ohio, buying 15-20 properties every month. We also perform property management, maintenance, construction and rehabs, etc. As you can imagine...there are many moving parts to this operation. Crews and invoices weekly, draw payments, contracts, etc Sometimes crew pay is labor only (which means we have to watch for personal purchases on HD receipts) and sometimes it's all in one price (which means we don't care if they add a Monster drink at HD). We need to automate as much as we can, while protecting our accounts from risk, fraud, theft, etc. Need to ensure it's all tracked in one master system. We use QB online and it's fine, but I want ALL checks/ACH/etc from ALL 7 different LLC companies to be tracked in one place, with easy access, and no chance of auto-payment. Like the water bill we got today, setup on auto-payment, $356....zero chance that's valid or legit, but we've already paid as it's setup on Autopay. And, with 150 managed properties, there are DOZENS of these to control and go through every month. This was always very easy for me, even when we had 10x the amount of rehab volume we have now, but with a newer person in AR/AP, a terrible former COO, and a few other things...these policies have gotten lax. Time to reign them in and perfect them. If you're a master at this stuff with a ton of direct experience in a Rehab/Construction company with 10+ employees, or a Real Estate Investment company.....I'd love to have someone come help for 10-15 business days to setup and help with procedures, operations manuals, videos to train, establishing new software, improving current systems, etc for anyone we place in the role. The end goal is that it's much easier to have all information in one place, to have NO credit card payments (our vendor accounts are NET 30), and so that it's all an online portal to login and pay everything with the capability to send via ACH, Check in the mail (from the payment co), etc. No more written checks ever. Think of something like Intuit or Bill.com, but much cheaper. With 7 companies, they charge per company and want $500/mo to operate, and for some of those 7 companies we only have 1-5 bills to pay each month and it would never be worth it. Make sense?
