Handyman needed for apartment repairs and maintenance. Must have proof of Co-Vid Vaccination. Must have full knowledge of plumbing/heating repairs and be able to handle general building maintenance. Knowledge of drywall, painting, carpentry and electric also required. Must work in an efficient manner to get tasks done in a timely fashion. Candidate will be paid for a 40 hour week and the schedule will include Saturday or Sunday as a normal work day. You will be off Friday and Saturday or Sunday and Monday. Work shift from 8am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch. The position starts with a 120 day trial period. This will lead to permanent employment if you meet with the approval of the manager at the end of this period. Union 32B/32J has exceptional health and other benefits.
