UNION PORTER NEEDED IMMEDIATELY LUXURY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING Marble Hill - Bronx, NY compensation: Competitive Pay – Start at $16.50 employment type: full-time PORTER FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE IN LUXURY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY (Full – Time, Permanent Positions Available.) You will be responsible for keeping the property clean. You must pay close attention to the appearance of common areas for a safe and clean environment for the residents. Requirements: - Sweeping, mopping, washing and waxing hallways, floors and stairs. - Vacuuming and shampooing carpets as needed. - Janitorial duties - Emptying compactors, trashcans and recycle bins. - Cutting Grass - Clearing snow and ice from sidewalks and driveways - Keeping good relations with owner, tenants and staff. - Must be extremely detail oriented, self-motivated and proactive. This position is in a union building and the right candidate will receive union benefits after you have successfully completed the 90 day trial period. 32B/J Union position after probation.
