Original Roots Rocknroll trio is in search of a new drummer. The music is a hybrid mix of rockabilly, jump blues, surf, and garage rock. Most of the songs are high energy and uptempo swing. We also have a few blues shuffles and some surf beat tunes. We have a regular monthly gig playing 3 sets for a swing dance crowd. There are shows booked from April throughout the summer with some fun festival gigs. We practice in NE in a furnished home studio drums provided We’re both 40ish guys that love blues and rockabilly music and style We hope to find someone that has a background in roots rocknroll in some form or another to understand the type of feel and dynamics for rhythm&blues music. Most importantly, we need someone that can jive with us, have fun, be creative, share our passion and drive, and be cool! We have 30+ songs of original material.
