Guitarist looking to start Acoustic duo/band

Just as the title says...I play guitar and am looking to start a small acoustic band. Preference is piecing together 80s and 90s rock and pop in a stripped down setting. Everything from Tears for Fears to Green Day to Iron Maiden to Springsteen to The Black Crowes. I have my own gear but not a place to rehearse. Have been gigging for almost 20 years now. I would like to be able to gig in the Spring
