Description

We are seeking a professional contractor that has experience providing building maintenance and handyman service for several multifamily homes. The qualified individual must have a vehicle and more than 5 years of experience, able to work independently, and takes pride in providing quality service. This opportunity will pay between $18/hr to $25/hr based on experience and qualifications. The individual will be responsible but not limited to the task outlined below. Cleaning Service • Sweeping and moping common areas • Vacuuming where applicable • Cleaning sidewalks and parking area • Garbage disposals including bulk trash • Removing snow and apply ice-melt where needed • Pressure washing to remove dirt and mildew from the outside of building and sidewalks Handyman Service • Light fixtures • Minor electrical repairs • Installation and minor repairs of appliances • Caulking bathtubs, showers, and windows • Minor carpentry repairs • Window screens replacement and blinds • Interior and exterior doors • Painting and drywall repair • Clearing drains and sewer lines • Flooring Installation Only serious inquiries.
