Immediate Opening for apartment maintenance technician for apartments. Experience or Entry level (training available) self starter, able to work independently on most projects but will need to work with others also. Turn apartments, trash out, punch ticket, clean for renting etc. Able to lift 50lbs, use hand tools, hold item overhead while securing in place. Maintain apartments, clean, fix plumbing, light electrical, carpentry. Maintain grounds, complete work orders, order parts, must be able to generate parts list.
