Part-time maintenance position open immediately! This position is for a general maintenance person for our 24 unit resort in Branson, Mo. 3 days a week schedule during the off-season. Possible transition to Full Time during On-Season of June-Sept. Tentative schedule: Tues, Wed, and Friday 10am to 3pm $20 per hour KEY RESPONSIBILITIES General maintenance experience Painting, staining Grounds keeping Must be able to stand, walk, and lift approximately 50 lbs Must be able to work outdoors Other Responsibilities • Projects and tasks as assigned by Management QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent required • MUST have reliable transportation or a way to get to work *Must be computer literate; must work on an iPad to get work list and then update lists etc • Competent written and verbal communication skills • 2 years experience in the maintenance field preferred • Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of the job * Submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
