Need someone to deliver drop letters to business owners

I am a business broker and real estate broker in the Pittsburgh area. I am interested in finding someone to deliver drop letters to business owners. This is a marketing campaign to encourage owners who might want to sell, to contact me to schedule a meeting. I will provide the owner list as well as the sealed drop letters. You will be required to place these letters in the main door (see attached picture for an example) OR if their office is an office building you can also slide the letter under their door halfway. I will pay per $3 letter delivered plus a $20 bonus for every owner who contacts us about meeting. The lists of owners will all be in the same zip code so to make this work more efficiently. You will be required to send me a pic of each letter placement for payment credit. You must have reliable transportation and dress professionally when doing these drop offs.
