Welcome. Contact Design (dba Survey Feeds) is a global, user research organization that connects qualifying participants with technology companies to help make new products easier and more pleasant to use. We are conducting a study about business messaging text-services. This will be a 14 days diary (about 10 activities per day, 15 minutes activity per day) and a possible online interview lasting for 60 minutes, in which you would answer questions about your experience with text services. If you're interested in participating, please complete this screening questionnaire: COMPENSATION: Diary: $200; Interview (if any): $80 WHAT: Diary 14 days with an activity of 15 minutes per day; 60-minute online interview, if you are selected. WHEN: Diary: January 11th - 24th, 2023; Possible Interview follow-up, in the week of February 6, 2023 WHERE: From your smartphone and/or computer.
