Description
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday.
7:00am -3:00pm.
Starting hourly wage is $17:00 hourly.
You'll need:
*Reliable transportation
*The ability to lift and carry 25-50 pounds on occasion
*Pass a drug and background screen
BASIC DUTIES INCLUDE:
Cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming/sweeping all common areas, mopping, clean glass in all common areas including stairs nightly.
Trash/Recycle removal and disposal, replace trash can liners neatly, in all common areas including garage.
Changing lights bulbs, painting, and light maintenance as needed.
