Yard cleanup, fence and tree vine removal

There are three tasks that I'd like to complete in my backyard. I thought that the winter season would be best because most plants are dead or hibernating and we are experiencing great temperatures right now. 1. There is a black fence that was erected as some sort of small dog run on the side of my yard. A tree fell on the back of the fence rendering the whole area useless, I dont have a dog, and this is partitioning my yard so I'd like it removed. I dont care about leaving the cement in the ground, but cutting off the posts as close to the ground as possible is preferred. 2. There is ivy growing up nearly every try I own in the backyard. My limited amount of research confirms that I should probably have this removed to save the tree from being strangled. I would like all of the trees to have their ivy removed if possible to be done safely without hurting the tree. 3. I am also in need of general yard cleanup. The portioned area has never been mowed or cleaned of leaves. The main yard is not in too bad of shape. Just covered with some branches and leaves from the fall. I will consider any reasonable offer either hourly or as a single price. I am not in any kind of hurry for this project so I can be fit in-between other work that you might have.
