• Installing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation.
• Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures.
• Selecting lumber size and strength to suit each job, sourcing wood to suit the customers budget and style.
• Calculating the number of fasteners required for each job.
• Liason between the clients, suppliers, and other construction professionals.
• Reading blueprints and design to work to specifications prepared by architects and design professionals.
• Completion of tasks to 100% each day.
Carpenter Apprentice
• Reading blueprints and accurately translating them to structures.
• Measuring, cutting, and aseembling materials to create structures.
• Have a well rounded knowledge of some skilled trades.
• Choosing and ordering the correct materials for construction.
• Ensuring finish structures are safe
Laborer
• Implementing construction plans.
• Organize and clean warehouse and job sites
• Operating construction equipment and machinery
• Handling and transporting construction materials.
• Cleaning and organizing jobsites for safe work environments,
• Helping with set up of temporary structures.
• Following instructions from field management.
• Reporting machine malfunctions or unsafe conditions
• Provide and understand how to use basic power and hand tools.
• Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid drivers license.
