Description

Maintenance and Janitorial duties include sweeping and mopping floors in bathrooms, clubhouse and elevators. Cleaning and sanitizing doors and other surfaces. Brushing and blowing exterior landings, walkways, dumpster enclosures and pool deck. Pressure washing buildings, walkways, landings and sidewalks. Painting curbs poles and walkways. Changing light bulbs in buildings, on exterior walkways, landings and landscape. Setting up tables and chairs in clubhouse for meetings and functions. Must be able to lift 60 lbs. Setting up ladders for others. Posting fliers on doors and bulletin boards. Occasionally replacing irrigation nozzles, plantings and mulch. Ninety percent of work is outdoors. Cleaning and maintaining water features and fountains. Must be able to drive golf cart provided.
