Boston Self Help Center invites you to participate in a: Referee Training for Indoor Power Wheelchair Soccer - No experience needed just a willingness to learn- January 28th and 29th, 2023 University of New Hampshire, Durham, New Hampshire Transportation Assistance will be provided. Earn $30 per hour refereeing indoor power wheelchair games in Massachusetts and elsewhere. Tournaments in New England provide the largest opportunity to referee multiple games but, regardless of how many games you are able to referee, this is a great certification to have.  See what it looks like:  RSVP by email and more info:  for more information or to register for the training/certification program. Power Soccer is the first competitive team sport designed and developed specifically for power wheelchair users. Athletes' disabilities include quadriplegia, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, and many others. The game is played in a gymnasium on a regulation basketball court. Two teams of four players attack, defend, and spin-kick a 13-inch soccer ball in a skilled and challenging game like able-bodied soccer.
