Come learn Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art, at our Intro to Capoeria class for adults. No experience is needed. Our teaching approach has been developed over 20 years. Through it, we create a space where people of all ages and abilities can learn capoeira and constantly grow. Our teachers have 10+ years of experience and are all about breaking down movements into simple steps. You'll feel and see your progress every class!
