Plugged In looks forward to welcoming guests to a weekend celebration of local music, civic engagement, and the compassionate treatment of all species. With a packed bill of rising talent, a feel-good focus, and the hard work and passion of local youth on display, Rock for Rescues will be a unifying event, drawing us back to our community and each other. Rock for Rescues will be held on Friday, January 13 and Saturday, January 14 at the Needham VFW (20 Junction Street), with music beginning at 6:00 pm each night. Over twenty youth bands will perform. On-site parking is available and the location is accessible via the Needham Junction Commuter Rail stop. All donations are greatly appreciated and will be collected at the event. Plugged In suggests adonation of $5 for children or $10 for adult attendees to directly benefit the MSPCA.
