Prepare to simply “listen” inwardly to YOUR body, my voice, and the sounds of 7 Chakra singing bowls + DNA healing 528hz quartz + morganite unconditional love bowl, a Schumann Resonance chime and healing activator Chiron Gong (called a “soundbath” because the vibrations wash over the body). We begin with a drop inward into the body, this is a form of meditation where you give your attention and awareness over to what sensations are present asking for attention or acknowledgment to move out from your body. Giving acceptance and slowed breath to all that is felt, encourage your body to let go of its extra tension and holding patterns with 10-15 minutes of gentle flowing movement to nurture the spine and joints, guided from within the body, not mirroring each other.
