Free Workshop No matter your age, it's important to learn to work with and process emotions. When we teach our kids these skills at a young age it get's them off to a great start in life. Our kids have been through a lot these past few years, let's give them some easy tools to help them make 2023 the best year yet! Grab your kids and me for this fun workshop! We will earn practical skills for processing emotions using colors and the help of essential oils. (These tips are great for people of all ages!) There will be multiple interactive stations and lots to do! I'm including a brand new station so there will be something new for those who have been before. Everyone will leave with fun and interactive tools to improve emotional wellness including aroma therapy play dough and more! Come for as little or as long as you like.
