Is Black America brainwashed into thinking we have a disconnected relationship? I refuse to make White America the topic of discussions when we should be focusing and working on this so-called disconnect. We have fallen victim to the Four Tops song "Same Old Song". Love me, hate me, agree, or disagree with me, we have talked ourselves into living off negative energy when we discuss the Black America among ourselves. This is an open call to our older men and women, middle aged men and women, and our young men and women to come out and have an honest discussion about the state of our relationship with one another.
