Description

Join Kundalini Teacher SiriAtma Kaur & Breathwork Facilitator Shenee Alexa Booth for an experience of GRATITUDE . This immersion will include a unique and powerful Kriya, Transformational Breathwork & Gong Bath. Kundalini Kriyas consist of combinations of postures, movements, breathing techniques, mantras, mudras, visualizations, and meditations. They are formulas for a specific outcome, and we will be focusing on Gratitude! Transformational Breathwork is a powerful tool for readjusting the lens through which you are experiencing your life. Our breath is truly our life-force. An open full easy breath results in an open full easy life. A constricted strained breath results in a restricted strained life. This active meditation will use deep connected breathing to energize the health of your physical, mental and emotional bodies, so that you can return to your natural state of self healing and harmony. The sound of the Gong will purify and quiet the mind as the sounds are not harmonious and will reset the brain waves in 30-90 seconds. On a physical level, the gong releases tension and blocks in the body, it stimulates a higher functioning of the glandular and nervous system, it increases prana (our vital life force), and improves circulation. Anyone in need of stress reduction, recovering from trauma, struggling with addictions, insomnia, or nerve damage will greatly benefit from the vibrations of this ancient instrument. $75 🤍 pre-registration is highly recommended as space is limited Please consider arriving early to get settled in. Bring your water bottle & any comfort items you may want when lying on the floor (yoga mats & some blankets will be provided). To fully integrate your experience we recommend that you do not eat too heavily before arriving nor plan anything stressful directly after your session. Event Address is 16925 Manchester Rd, Suite 6A, Wildwood, MO 63040 Upon entering the parking lot, please follow the signs for Wren’s Nest down the driveway and around the building to our back parking lot 🤍 We look forward to seeing you!
