Yoga + Ecstatic Dance Schedule: 3 pm - Doors Open 3:30 to 4:30 pm - Yoga by Kyndle Fire of Tucson Yoga Jame and DJed by Evol 4:30 to 4:45 pm - Opening Ceremony with a guided mediation and group intention setting 4:45 to 6:15 pm - Ecstatic Dance by DocZion 6:15 to 7:45 pm - Ecstatic Dance by Evol 7:45 to 8 pm - Sound Bath by Eldar Sound 8:00 to 8:30 pm - Closing Sharing and Integration Circle ~Lighting show by Lucid Lizard Entertainment~ ~Professional sound system with massive tops hanging from the ceiling and 8 - 18 inch subs - yes, 8 of them! ~ Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey held in a safe and sacred container & facilitated by a professional DJ. It’s where we can be our unique selves and connect to a common source.✌️💃 We Dance Barefoot!🦶 This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK) If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK. We Dance Without Words!🙊 This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State. No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators. No Talking from the Dancers. We Dance As We Are!🤠 No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
