Hello, I get stunned sometimes or I don't have time to talk to people Problem 1: 135th Harlem Park Black and white puppy scared to walk down hill was swong by the neck of the puller and walker. This became they new walking style. The back fur of the soon to be dog was up so might attack owner soon. Problem 2: Old male human with German Shepherd the collar on the shepherd is on too tight the dog can't breathe. Someone is able to press charges but the owner does love his dog most likely doesn't know his pet in pain. I can't sleep and I should have said something but I was on my way to work plus I was in shock.
