Coach Nogi will be teaching the fundamentals behind the rope climbing. Rope climbing can be performed with different techniques and sometimes that is all you need to learn in order to get your first rope climb . Regardless this class will be able to teach you not only the technique, but scales and exercises that can help you strengthen the muscles needed to perform the Rope Climb. Other then registering for class it is recommended that you wear long pants such as sweatpants and even long socks and/or shin sleeves. Come prepared to move and exercise and more importantly have fun.
