Hodge Western Corp. is a growing construction company based in the Central Oregon area specializing in large volume, high production rock sawing, utility trenching and directional drilling. Large utility scale solar, water lines, sewer mains and other misc. excavations utilizing specialized excavation and backfill equipment are the focal point of our operation. We are seeking to fill positions within the company that will be a part of our continued success. Our fleet is late model, new equipment all with enclosed cabs to keep our highly skilled team happy and productive.All work is throughout the United States, so travel is a component.  Position: Directional Drill OperatorResponsibilities:Full time position for horizontal directional drill operator with experience. Daily inspections of drill: greasing, fueling, and machine operations duties Machinery set up: safety, personnel and other machinery Effectively monitor and maintain equipment Perform duties required by foreman Maintain a safe and clean work environment Follow all OSHA and site specific safety regulations Complete daily logs as required Report any repair or safety concerns directly to supervisorRequirements:Minimum three years operating heavy equipmentMinimum one year operating directional drillsMust have knowledge drilling in all soil conditionsValid driver's licenseTravel is requiredCompensation: $35-$40 per hour DOE.  Daily per diem and paid housing.Benefits:Paid Sick and Vacation TimeHealth, Dental, Vision, Retirement, LifeEmployer Matching Simple IRA Retirement Plan Please apply online with Hodge Western Corp at:
