Real Estate Investment Company is looking for Property Evaluators (No Experience necessary) for the Birmingham area. Must have reliable transportation and access to Smartphone/camera and computer with a high-speed internet connection. Job duties include but are not limited to: - Coordinating appointment to meet with owners/property managers - Visually inspecting interior and exterior of properties - Evaluating property for condition including landscaping, exterior paint, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and HVAC - Taking pictures and video of property and uploading to Dropbox or sending pictures via email - Putting lock boxes at properties - Driving targeted neighborhoods to locate distressed, vacant and/or abandoned properties (This will be discussed separately in the future if and after we've worked together for a while). Job hours are flexible and vary daily based upon the number of homes inspected.
