Qualifications
• You must have a clean driving record and know how to drive trucks.
• High School Diploma/GED
• English and Spanish speaker – a must.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Moving Industry, Customer Service, Administrative or related.
• Ability to work on a computer: you must learn how to use the company’s CRM and dispatch jobs accordingly.
• Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
• Ability to adapt to very rapidly changing environments.
• Effective communication skills with customers and drivers.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
• You must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. and physically fit to get in and out of the trucks.
Responsibilities
• You will be the link between the office, the customers, and the field workers.
• This position is responsible for dispatching and resolving problems for our drivers.
• This position requires you to have exceptional proactive communication skills with customers including resolving issues with daily jobs, and overall promoting a professional workplace attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible for professional, timely, and effectively communicating with the teams in the field.
• Keep track of all equipment, tools and materials.
• Ability to efficiently schedule jobs to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the driver’s activity at all times through GPS tracking.
• Maintains the company safety culture to include daily safety messages, monthly workers briefings, and help enforce company policies to ensure compliance and company requirements are being met.
• Responsible for taking trucks in for maintenance and being always aware of all truck issues: mechanical problems, weather issues, or customer last minute changes.
• Other work- related tasks as needed.
