New year, new job opportunity! We clean newly built homes throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas prior to homeowner move in. If you like to be hands-on and work in various communities we have what you're looking for. Position will involve various new home cleaning activities: >Vacuuming (carpets, vents, etc.) >Sweeping (floors, basements, garages) >Dusting/washing/polishing >Tub/shower/toilet cleaning >Jobsite trash removal >Occasional lifting/moving of materials up to 35 lbs. >Other duties as needed Pay Rate: >Pay starts at $14.65-16.00 per hour D.O.E. >Bi-monthly paycheck >Paid travel Interested applicant will need: >Reliable transportation with valid DL & insurance >Mobile phone >No criminal background/pass drug test >Proper identity and work authorization documents >Strong/flexible work ethic with an eye for detail >Must be reliable, on-time Company will provide: >Flexible work schedule with core days/hours being M-F, 8am-5pm >Cleaning products & equipment needed to fulfill daily job requirements. >Company work shirt and necessary PPE If interested please respond via email.
