D.L. & vehicle to get to Arvada (64th and Sheridan) Ability to lift 90 pounds Basic knowledge of hand tools Basic trouble shooting skills Great Punctuality Hello my name is Scott and I operate a small pool table moving company based out of Arvada CO. We move, flip, and service modern pool tables and other game room equipment. This is an entry level position that will require some heavy lifting at times. Its important to be in good shape to do this job but we really only move a few heavy slates and frames a couple of times a day. I'm 42 and it doesn't bother me too much! Beyond than that we do lot of driving and working with small drills and hand tools. This industry truly has unlimited potential and a good mechanic is a dying breed. I started doing this 20 years ago as a helper and that's what we need now, an entry level helper! This is mostly an indoor job in climate controlled houses. We work in crews of 1, 2, or 3. We also earn tips and work with very nice customers! Sometimes in very high end homes. We also meet the occasional local celebrity. Personally I think its a great job with some brief tedious parts to it, like plucking staples or moving pool table parts. Start time is at my house 9AM to prep then we drive from job to job. I'm looking for someone 3-5 day week depending on availability! I'm flexible on work days as long as your reliable on the days we schedule! In this business punctuality and personal appearance/hygiene is everything! You will find a lot of people depend on us to be on time! Please No boots. Tennis shoes are perfect and easy to remove. (Sometimes we are asked take off or cover our shoes) Pajamas, Sweatpants, and cut off shirts are not allowed!
