Rehearsal space for pianist - cheap

Hello folks, I have a nicely organized rehearsal spot that I would like to share with a pianist/composer/producer. It's located in the Bandspaces building in Gowanus. If you have a good sounding, quality upright or want to get one and need a space to play it, maybe this would be a good fit. I am a percussionist who also plays some piano and I would like to have access to one but it's a big project to go and find a good one. So my offer is this - if you bring in a nice upright, you can use the space 6+ nights a week after 6:30pm. You can also use it most mornings until about 1pm and you can use it every Sunday for most/all of the day. I would charge you $100 a month, and you would let me play the piano when I'm in there (usually between 1-6pm during the week). We could split tuning costs. There are some decent microphones and a little video equipment (stands, etc) if you want to do some recording. As far as rehearsal rooms go this one is better than most. It's in the back of the building, the door is very well sealed and it's pretty calm most of the time. Adult/mature/professional/responsible/very into your art/etc preferred. I'm old (mid40s) so if you are older that's fine. If you need more of a cool guy type of place then this probably won't work. This is CL so I feel like I have to say that. Anyway..
