Foster Kids from 1991-ish

I am looking for some foster kids that lived with my aunt somewhere around 1991. Could have been a couple years before or after, but that is my best guess. She had a bunch of them at the same time, and all but one of them was from the same family. No one can recall their last names, but the unique combo of first names should be enough if you happen to know the ones who were related. We think they all had different last names. Also there were more kids in the family that were not with my aunt. I sort of recall an older sister. The kids were: Amanda - Oldest, best guess she was twelve or thirteen making her around Forty six now. Jenny - About ten making her around forty three now. Tiki - About seven making her around forty now. Austin - Around two and a half making him around Thirty Five now Esther Sue - Maybe a year or eighteen months making her around Thirty Three now Ester Sue was taken in by her grandmother, and maybe one of the other kids. Jenny was still in the system last time I knew. She was actually in the hospital the last time I saw her. I don't know what happened to the other kids. Also the one girl who was not related was named Angie. She had red hair. Angie and Jenny were about my age and we were friends. I have been thinking a lot about them lately and wanted to reconnect. The family may not be close now, because they were split up, but a family with that set of siblings has to be rare enough that maybe someone knows them. Tiki (if that is how you spell it) and Ester Sue being of that age group are both rare enough names that maybe someone knows them. Last, the foster home was in Dixon, MO. If anyone knows anything please let me know. Thank you.
