Learn new skills and trades in Residential Construction. We build houses and do Residential and commercial remodels, Concrete foundations, slab work, landscaping, framing, siding, roofing, Drywall, finish carpentry, doors, windows, flooring, and painting. Starting pay is based on experience. Please send us your resume. We have 3 positions available. 1. Office Receptionist/ office manager (with potential to learn how to be a project manager/ Estimator) $14.00-$16.00 (Answer phones, emails, Faxes, walk jobsites, Weekly time sheets, Inventory of tools, help project managers with job Reports, weekly manpower meetings, Estimators with estimating reports. In the field learning how the construction jobs site's work. Must have 2-4 experience as a receptionist. Must be able to use QuickBooks, Excel, word, Outlook, pull permits, get project files together and read plans blueprints.) Also Hiring a 1- Framer with 7 Plus Years of Experience on a Framing crew. 2- Concrete Panel Installer or slab Experience 4-10 Years of Experience 3- Roofer with 4-10 years' Experience. Must have a Driver's license Starting pay is $18.00-$26.00 PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE! with overtime and we pay weekly. we Average 40-65 hours a week. Must have MINIMUM 2 -7 years' experience in Construction. Must be willing to learn new skills, communicate and show up every weekday at 7am. Must show up Monday thru friday. Saturdays Available. Come work 70+ plus hours a week. Must have a valid driver license, drug free, and able to lift 50 pounds. We Provide Transportation. Just show up to the shop. Weekly pay, Employee Evaluations after 90 days $.50- $2.00 dollars raises Quartey and yearly. Must improve your skills, buy your own tools, and become an independent worker/ Tradesman. 2 weeks paid Vacation, paid holidays 401k, and health insurance.
