Pay Rate: Earn from $700+ to $1000+ a week take home depending on Experience/Efficiency! Quarterly bonuses and other incentives/benefits will be offered as well :) Schedule is Mon-Thurs Starting at 9am and finishing at various times with offers for OT on Fridays and weekends. To see if we are a good fit for each other, we will hire on a 30/60/90 day temp to hire basis. Ideal Candidates must be able to follow/take detailed direction and deliver in the full the outcomes assigned to them. This position focuses mainly on installing all types of indoor/outdoor Signs & Graphics, and we're looking for candidates that either have direct experience in the sign industry or have any type of (Hvac/Cable/Satellite/Low Voltage) or any type of background in construction work. (In a nutshell) You will work on sign projects - producing and installing signs of all kinds, illuminated letters and cabinets, on building faces, on poles and interior walls. You will also service existing signs and retrofit old fluorescent lighting systems to LED.   *** Must be an expert with a Tape Measure and have the skills to Operate Hand Power Tools Safely and Efficiently! *** ** Also, Must possess a Valid Driver's License, be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass a background check ** We are willing to train the right candidate by adapting your skill set for this position, provided that you are willing to wake up, dress up, show up on time, work efficiently and find your own groove for this type of work. Skills Needed Energetic, self motivated and detail oriented work style Likes working with hands and working outdoors Can work at heights above grade mostly in a bucket truck sometimes ladders. Ability to climb up and down and lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of basic electricity. (Mainly Low Voltage (12v) with basic knowledge of (120v/240v) Likes building and fabricating, works well with hand tools and has an eye for detail and levelness. Prep and paint various substrates; i.e. wood, metal, plastics, aluminum. Be able to drive and pull trailers as needed Take instructions well and work with a team or independently Spanish speaking a plus! *Ability to follow verbal and written instructions* Ability to safely operate hand and power tools as well as more related tools of trade. (Augers, shovels etc) * A strong work ethic is required. Successful candidates should have high work standards with strong attention to detail.* Able to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, management and vendors. * Strong organizational and time management skills required.* Ability to accurately measure areas using a tape measure, and perform basic math skills and calculations as needed. * Ability to think through an installation in advance, so as to prepare properly. Ability to adapt on the spot, to rectify or overcome obstacles to complete installation on time, as scheduled.
