iso videography experience for "no-budget" project

Hi, I'm currently developing an extremely low budget, trashy, DIY film project. Not quite a feature, more ambitious than a short. I have tons of actors who can do their own makeup and costuming, story collaborators, and filming locations (mostly just apartments), but am in need of someone who has experience with (or at least knowledge of) shooting, lighting, and audio. Any costs for the project are coming out of my pocket and most of this is going to be done by volunteers, but I would be more than happy to pay someone who can fulfill this role. Having your own equipment would be ideal, but if not, I'd be fine with shooting on a phone and working together to figure out audio and lighting. I need the skills and knowledge more than I need a device. I'm looking to start filming by June of this year.
