Description

New year, new you? Try a Tai Chi class to reduce stress, reduce pain, improve balance, strength, coordination and overall well-being. Never heard of Tai Chi. That's okay. Think of it as gentle, slow, smooth movements combined with breath work. Online or in person classes offered. Please send me an email if interested!
