Looking for part-time painter

I'm finishing up a re-hab in West Philadelphia and am looking for someone to help with painting. Tasks included will be caulking, sanding, painting (roll + brush) and other general tasks involved with end-of-rehab work. Mostly during the week but some weekend work could be involved if schedules work out. Please respond with skill level, experience (please don't misrepresent your skill level, this is the area that tends to get exaggerated) and method of transportation. Other requirements include promptness, bringing your lunch to job-site and being pleasant to work with. Pay is $15 per hour cash, paid daily.
