Property Manager Seeks A Part Time Handyman / Serviceman / Helper Position 2 Days Per Week: Mondays and Thursdays 9am-1pm. Pay is $100 per shift We also have larger jobs that will be paid on a per job basis. Must have clean driving record; you will be driving our van for various tasks. You will be doing small type jobs at the various properties that we manage. Must do clean and neat work. Must be an excellent communicator. Must have the following skills: Light plumbing Light electrical Snake Drains Paint Plaster Light Drywall Tile
