The cleaning is mainly floor scrubbing, using a walk-behind electric scrubber, with some sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and mopping possible. This is a good opportunity for a team of two to three with an existing cleaning business looking to expand. *Please DO NOT reply unless you have a team - this is NOT a job for just one person alone* - Service schedule is 7x per week should be performed between 5 am to 9 am daily - Will take an estimated 2-3 hours per nite with 2-3 people working together efficiently - Start immediately: could grow into additional services long-term at same location Responsibility details: Clean concrete floors using provided scrubbing equipment (90%+ of the work) Vacuum some areas using your backpack vacuum (we can help you acquire if you don't have) Mop some areas sometimes (mops and buckets provided) Some simple dusting occasionally is needed Cleaning supplies will be PROVIDED.
