F - Jazz, R&B Vocalist, writer looking to form new band

I am the lead Vocalist for a group of musician called the NY Jazz tiro But I am now looking to expand out and play with other musicians Every one got pretty busy last year and I would like to be playing out more and not cancel gigs For lack of every ones scheduling. I also don't want to be the only one doing the booking. My instrument is my voice, I do play guitar and some piano have for many years But I would rather be the lead vocalist and occasionally play some Norah Jones song and my own originals I would love to create a real grove unique sound.
