Lost dog male rat terrier

Max is 3.5 years old and weighs 18 pounds. He's neutered and has a bobtail. He's mostly black and white but has brown on his cheeks and eyebrows. He went missing on December 30, 2022 between 5 and 7 PM from SE 38th St between Bryant ave and East ave. We are completely heartbroken without him. My husband has always wanted a dog, and after 15 years of being together, I got him Max for his birthday. Our children go to the window all day to see if he is there. Max was not wearing a collar/tag at the time of his disappearance. He was in our fenced in yard and he hates collars and leashes. He does get out of the yard occasionally, but he has never wandered far from home.
