I need a longterm part time handyman for my rental properties (6f-amily in Elizabethton, duplex in Bristol). I have IMMEDIATE needs/work I need a number of electrical baseboard heaters replaced, some plumbing, flooring, roofing, siding, carpentry, etc. You need to have some of these skills. I am very easy to get along with.
