Must be able to perform the following duties: 1. Crew Leaders MUST have a minimum of 5+ years of experience, valid drivers license, able to drive pulling trailer, operate all equipment professionally and safely. 2. Must be able to Read and Write English (Bi-Lingual a plus) 2. Crew Leaders MUST be able to Lead, Motivate and Address Crew (primarily men). 3. Organize and Time Management 4. Ability to use all equipment and perform general maintenance. 5. Must be Responsible and Honest 6. Must be able to work at least (2) Saturdays per month. 7. Work hours are from 7a - 6p 8.
