Job Title Maintenance and Receiving Job Summary Hoffman Manufacturing Corp is a manufacturer in a 63,000 square foot building with 35 employees. The building and property need to be maintained and kept clean. This position is responsible for that. This is a combined position also requiring unloading trucks and receiving tasks. Job Responsibilities and Duties • Receiving tasks o Unload trucks with fork lift o Receive large and small items and enter packing slips in accounting software o Put items in appropriate locations • Maintenance tasks o Snow removal o Lawn care o Simple maintenance tasks around building and property o Keep property and building clean o Trash and recycling removal Job Skills and Qualifications • High school diploma • General computer skills • Able to work independently • Mechanical aptitude • Reliable and consistent • Friendly and positive interaction with others Job Compensation Like all our positions, this is hourly, and starts in the low $20s per hour. Average hours per week is 40-45 hours. Holidays are paid. Paid time off hours build per paycheck to 80 hours per year. IRA is matched to 3%.
