help needed rehome

Hey I’ve recently had to move to my moms my step dad passed and we can’t have pets so I need to rehome his asap don’t have heart to take him to shelter and land lord said he will work with me till I find him a home he is pit and hound he just turned a year old he is house trained but for some reason like to knock trash cans over but I kept mine in closet and he was fine the other 2 in picture is mom and dad of him
