Two stray male cats

Hello! I'm trying to help my elderly neighbor to rehome her two stray cats. These two are raised in her garden, but also inside her sunroom during winter. They're somewhat socialized to people but only to grandma and my mom who occasionally visits her house. I don't know about their health status because they've been out for so long. Possibly infected with parasites such as roundworms. They're not neutered and need to see a vet. It's going to be really x 10 hard to catch them so serious inquiries only. Thanks!!
