Heart of Hope - The Caralynn Titter Foundation is hosting its 10th Annual Benefit Fundraising Dinner to raise money for pediatric heart transplant families at Nemours/A.I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE. This wonderful evening filled with dinner and drinks, raffle prizes, a silent auction, dancing, and more allows us to heighten awareness of pediatric heart transplantation in our local community and provide much needed financial support to families along their journey. We hold this event to honor the families of children who have lost their battle, to encourage the families of children fighting their battle, and to prepare for those families who will one day face this unbelievable future.
